Then I have three words for you. Downtown Los Angeles. Those of you from California stop laughing. And for those of you not from California, The Downtown Area no longer looks like one continual episode of Cops. Recently I had the pleasure of taking a well organized tour of all the new condo/apartment construction currently taking place http://downtownla.com/living_here.asp . The area is being revitalized into a vibrant combination of residential and commercial development. The centerpiece of this is the L.A. Live development http://www.aegworldwide.com/04_future/losangeles.html . Imagine Manhattan being built from the ground up, all in a single decade. That's what's going on in L.A. For anyone seeking a contemporary big city lifestyle, you should consider the new L.A. Mass transit is actually workable…no small feat for car crazy Californians. New restaurants, theaters and shopping are all well underway. And let's not forget the weather!! If the most consistent skin tone you have is the blue of your varicose veins, put down the snow shovel, shed the long johns and have a look.
