Short Sale Soundoff
Beginning this week, C.A.R. is adding a new feature to C.A.R. Newsline titled “Short Sale Soundoff.” In this section, readers will find updates and information about short sales, including C.A.R.’s efforts to streamline the short-sale process and make improvements for REALTORS® and consumers.

C.A.R. also wants to hear what members and their clients are experiencing during short sale transactions and how C.A.R. can help.  The Association has created an email box specifically to hear the good and the bad about these transactions.  Please share your experiences by sending an email to ShortSaleSoundoff@car.org, or send your feedback via C.A.R.’s short sale website, shortsalescalifornia.org.  To send your story/suggestions via the website, click on the “feedback” button located at the top of the homepage, and select “Share Your Opinion.” If you are sharing a client story, please ask your client for his/her permission as the information may be used in C.A.R.’s discussions with lenders.
